[urq] water cooled turbo conversion

Yeah, the turbo. That's the next thing - finding one. Seems in any case I'll
probably end up getting one rebuilt as I don't know I'd trust a used one.

Sounds about right.  I got all the parts needed (except turbo and
freeze plug fitting) from a junkyard 200t auto for hella cheap.
