[urq] water cooled turbo conversion

[Ed Kellock]

Yeah, I was able to find a known-condition w/c K26 so I went with
that.  Have thought of going to K24, just not sure.  Sounds like there
are other options that land in between those two in regard to low-end
and top-end performance.
