[urq] water cooled turbo conversion

Yes, as I had to do on they Park City UPG trip.  That short section of
hose sprung a leak about 120 miles from Park City. I think I stopped
twice to add coolant.  That low coolant level warning light was most
welcome.  I performed the repair you just mentioned in the Marriott
parking garage.

I bought the freeze plug new from the dealer.  It was less than $20
IIRC.
