Is the inner: [urq] Right inner cv boot keeps coming off

No it's the inner guy near the transaxle.  My car is
lowered so I never got to crawl under and take a good
look.  I recall there was also some kind of sheild
arount the joint.  
First time I noticed it when I had the wheel off and
was looking down the line of the half shaft.  This
weekend I noticed it when looking straight down by the
wastegate.  
I was disappointed the car came back like that from
the ball joint replacement.  I would have thought the
shop would have noticed such a thing.  Also pulling
the strut outward to replace the ball joint might have
caused the problem.  I'm forced to do more and more
work myself.  Looks like I'll have to purchase a few
parts now.
