[urq] Right inner cv boot keeps coming off

What do you mean by "off"?  The inner CVJ boot is held in place on the
transaxle side by the same bolts that attach the CVJ to the drive
flange.  Are you saying that the boot is detached from the metal flange?
If so, there's probably not much that can be done ... the boot is
supposed to be bonded to the attaching flange ... if it has become
debonded somehow the surface is probably contaminated and you won't
likely be able to get it to stick again.  

By some chance do you mean the outer CVJ is slipping off the joint?
