[urq] Alternator Q

Having some battery problems, ie. won't start when hot.  A jump fixes
the problem.  I just replaced the battery, so I'm thinking it's the
alternator.  It's making some noise anyways, so now is a great time to
replace it.

Can I pull an alternator off a junked car and install it on my WX? 
The local pick-n-pull has an Audi 90 and a 100, I believe, late 80s
early 90s vintage.  Can I steal either of those?  Should I just spring
for it and get a new one from thepartsbin for $150?
