[urq] Fuel pump jumper

As a refinement on this, my local mechanic has a FP relay
with a single throw switch mounted on the top. Pull iffy
relay plug in manually switchable unit for activating
pump. I haven't had call to build one yet, but the flaky
air intake sender wiring nearly had me there, it's a very
useful tool.

cheers, Mike

Yup, easy. A piece of wire, about 3 or 4 inches. Two male spades. Plug it into the "T" terminals. In other words, there are two terminals across from each other that form a "T".

With this, the fuel pump will run constantly, so you will have to pull it each time you shut the car off.

Has anyone made their own fuel pump jumper? I got the
car running for about three days, then it died while
under throttle and won't restart. I've got the pump
and am going to install it tomorrow. And a new relay
is on the way. Thought I might make a quick run down
to Radio Shack and put a jumper together. Thanks Todd
