[urq] down-pipe removal

Does anyone remember for certain if the down-pipe will snake out the bottom  
of a 10V WX car with both manifolds in place?
I'm trying to remove mine to replace the O2 sensor which is frozen. I have  
it totally disconnected but cannot see how it will come out the bottom or top  
with other components in place.
I also want to replace the downpipe as the PO welded an aftermarket CAT to  
it, and I want to use my OE system.
