Careful here...  The B3 CQ came with two types of suspension setup.  
The early '90 cars had stamped arms and front swaybar like the later 
urq (and no rear bar).  The later CQ got cast arms and F/R swaybars 
linked to the strut.  So, "newer" swaybar terminology might get 
confusing.

I presume you're talking about using the early CQ stamped arms that 
have a provision for the swaybar link bushing.  I *think* the cast arms 
don't have the required hole.
