[urq] Can't get Gobi runnin'

For us to be able to be most helpful it would be best if you would give us full detail on what you've done and what you saw ... 

That said ... here are a few questions ...

Are we talking about a car that was running and then stopped, or one that is coming back together after some service?  If it is the latter, what was done?  

Have you measured the voltage and ground at the ECU with the ignition switch in the START and RUN positions?  

Did both coils test at the same resistance?  Did you do the test with the battery on the ignition coil driver?  If so, were you able to get a spark?

Did you verify the timing at the cam and distributor?  Have you checked the voltages at the Hall Sender on the distributor with the ignition on?
