This was from Brandon Rudack several years ago.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
It's been a few years since I rebuilt the driveshaft in my '88 90Q and the
time has come again, in a 4kq this time.
The first time around I used a Borg-Warner U-joint PN:114-306 which had the
same cup dimensions but was a little short. The shortness didn't bother me
but the lack of a zerk fitting to grease it did. So I'm here with news of a
greasable U-joint.
OEM Lobro:
OD cup: 26.0mm
overall width: 69.8mm
zerk location: center of joint
Neapco PN 1-0013 for '65-'87 Toyota car and '84/'85 2WD Toyota truck OD cup:
26.0mm Overall width: 66.4mm zerk location: end of one cup
Originally to make up for the length difference I found some appropriate
washers to use as shims. Worked fine for 20,000miles until a Pontaic Grand
Am ruined the whole car....
Oh, and to make this post complete:
BMW center carrier bearing with mount (called drive shaft center support):
PN: 26 12 1 209 532
Hope this helps someone

Good all.
Does any one have a good source for purchasing a drive
shaft center support bearing?? Would appreciate a
phone number if one knows one. Also, how difficult is
to replace the bearing once you have the drive shaft
off? Thanks in advance.
