[urq] Wax coating

I dont know for sure but I dont think they still do it. The only thing I
have to base that on is when I visited the factory a little while ago we
were watching them come down the line and they didnt appear to have that
as a step, and they didnt appear to be coated with it while being loaded
onto the trucks. However there were many many steps of the assembly
process we werent allowed to see, so who knows.
