[urq] P-car engine mounts for urQ rear diff ?

Can you elaborate about these mounts ? (Part numbers, price)

In Canada, standard soft Typ43 mounts (431 399 151D) are 15$ each, while
the correct urQ mounts (857 599 431) are 75$ at the dealership... Maybe
the Porsche mounts are a cheaper alternative ?
