Thinking of it, Mike, i'm not sure I did the cables and flap thing
perfectly. That would explain the heat issue at high speed. Will check that
today.
Keith, I'll check also the pipes, might explain the noise if the heater core
is "directional" flow-wise.
Steeve, how come an air pocket be there for such a long period ? I'm
puzzled.
The heater valve in the engine compartment is OK, I already checked it.

Is your fan and diverter flap working OK how about the heater control valve
and cable?. When I did mine the bowden cable was a fair bit out of
adjustment and not controlling the diverter door very well.
