[urq] Cylinder head retorque

Did  you forget your maths and take the wrench through 90 degrees instead of 
180? It's easily done.

I once did the opposite on a rebuild of my fathers car and took it through a 
sweep of 180 degrees instead of 90. Yep. a head bolt snapped and we had to 
start all over again! Lesson learned. Take nothing for granted.

I would guess that is what you did - did 90 believing you were doing 180. 
Either that or you did the work under the wrong star sign.
