[urq] 83 Urq Head and EM change questions

In my opinion , quattrocorner and others like them are a typical parts 
sharks .
The kind of people that will buy the last 10 remaining parts at the dealer ,
quadruple the price , sell them ., and then tell everyone what a great guy 
they are
to presereve these rare parts for the public .
