[V6-12v] Sunroof vent

Hey Now...

Much thanks to everyone who responded to my inquiry regarding Shokan 
Coachworks.

My 1993 90S is equipped with a sun roof with a vent that raises up from the 
middle of the sliding roof. The vent is now stuck in the open position. 
I've checked the fuses, so that's not it. The light for the switch in the 
headliner is intermittent and non-responsive.

Does anyone know 1) I can access the vent from outside the car to get the 
vent to close so my front seats and the interior electronics don't get 
roached and 2) how I can access the front center headliner console to clean 
it out or replace the shorted switches.
