Which O2 codes is it throwing? Some of them (lambda control limit exceeded/ 
not reached - one of the two) can point to unmetered air entering the intake 
manifold after the MAF sensor, which would point to either a leak in an intake 
gasket, or somewhere in the vaccuum system on the intake side... Have you 
replaced the big rubber 'donut' seal that sits between the throttle body and the 
intake plenum - it's pretty notorious? Also, I'm still interested in that big 
gasket that separates top and bottom of the intake manifold, as it does run 
round behind the injector pipe - a leak in the right place on that could easily be 
mistaken for an injector leak...
