My cheapo manual doesn't say , but I am pretty sure you have to loosen the
pulley a bit to get the tensioner to release with the breaker... I seam to
remember loosening the tensioner, heaving it over and then tighteningit back
up in this position so I could work ,, but that may have been another car ..
or another life,, not sure which..
