It is kinda hard to turn!
But I just drove the car from NH to Mass the other
day & no problems at all with the IC display
& the gauges! I drove the car only, the first time my
wife goes for a ride & this happens!!
As Kent mentioned I should "make her fix this
problem"!!

But the ignition switch can cause this? Anyone else
suspect the ignition switch? I will replace it as it
is sticky to turn. Is the procedure the same as the
type 44's? If so then I should have no problem.
One question though for those who have done it on the
A6,
are there 2 small set screws that hold the switch to
the stering colume? Yah know pull the electrical
connector then come from the top of the switch with a
small straight blade screw driver or an allen wrench
to undo the 2 screws or allen screws?
 Again thanks for the help.

Nice bunch of cars Brian. Was thinking about a V8
swap into one of those 90 seriese cars down the road.
Besides the motor that you have in it now how does
everything else hold up?
Thanks
