Yes. If it works like other connectors I'm familiar with, just press in
the middle of the wire loop (it's spring loaded), then pull the connector
away from its mate while keeping the loop pressed in.  You may have to wiggle
the connector a bit (and it may be really stuck due to corrosion). Spraying
it all beforehand with some penetrating oil might help.
