[V8] Pentosin Leaking

Gentlemen:

My 1990 V8 has decided to start leaking pentosin.  I remember seeing many 
posts in the old archives about this subject.  My leak appears to be from the 
Hose that is connected to the bottom of the container.  I remember something 
about needing to replace the hose clamp.  Would all you experts please enlighten 
me as to the proper way to fix this issue.
