[V8] Is this a decent price for a timing belt job?

It's that time.  Here's the quote:

$100 Tensioner

$61  Roller

$123 Timing Belt

$96  Water Pump

$44  Serpintine belt (optional)

$420 Labor (6 hours)

$844 TOTAL

This is at a shop I've worked with for 20 years.  Audi specialists.  I know I might save a hundreds bucks by buying parts myself, but if that's all I'd save, I don't mind paying it.  Is there anything blatently wrong with this picture?  Any components I should change in addition to the above?
