[V8] Door locks

... BTST several times ... it is not a change for the '91 models... the
mechanical connection to the lock is broken.  This may the standard lock
cylinder breakage issue ... or it may be that the linkage has come loose
somewhere.  #2 has had the new part installed but still has this behavior
... I can't believe the new part would break, so it has to be a linkage
problem.  

The one caveat for the cars that have not had the lock cylinder upgrade is
don't fight the pump ... if you accidentally turn the key to the lock
position when you wanted to unlock, don't immediately switch the key to the
unlock position ... you can very easily snap the linkage ... wait for the
pump to shut off before unlocking ...
