[V8] Rear caliper sticky problem

There ARE reports you can pull out on the e-brake actuator arm and take
some emory cloth to the rusty rod that goes into the caliper, as well as
add some lubricant there. The real fix is to disassemble the caliper and
clean out all the rust in the entire e-brake linkage chamber. That chamber
gets filled with a lube that looks like a heavy petroleum jelly. Of
course, this is assuming you've determined there is no hang-up in the
e-brake cables first.
