[V8] Time for a new project, old project must go!

Hi All,

For those that haven't meet Al he is a very meticulous and detail oriented
mechanic that takes whatever time necessary to insure a job is done perfect
- nothing less will do. I've had Al work on both my V8's over the past 4-5
years and trust him without question.

I've poked around in his track car and I'll I can say is WOW! He bought
this 4kq brand new in 1984 and later converted it into the 5 cylinder turbo
charged fire breathing monster that it is. If I recall correctly, he was
one of the first to complete a turbo install into a 4kq.

If any are considering a killer tracker (I wish I had the time and money),
you owe it to yourself to take a look at his car.

I'm only chiming in here because Al really is a great guy that goes out of
his way to help others (and has done so for me in the past), and thought it
would be great to see his car go to an enthusiast.

Also please keep your eyes peeled for a 4.2 transplant for his A6...I can't
wait to see that project done - maybe we can even talk him into doing a
turbo/twin turbo on top of it!

Just my unsolicited $0.02

Justin

Al Swackhammer is selling his killer track car (see specs below) to
start a new project. He wants to stuff 2 more cylinders into his '96
A6... Can you blame him?

He is looking for a 4.2l (V8/A8) donor with a good motor (duh), ecu,
wiring harness, etc. He is also looking for a buyer for his track car
and/or trailer (or perhaps as trade for the donor). Al is located in
Washington State.

If you have any leads for him or advice for his conversion, please drop
him an email.

And I thought *we* were obsessed with power... Look at those specs!
<drool>

- Jeremy
