[V8] Where to get V8 service manual pages on cd?

I know there was an effort to get some of the service pages onto a CD at
some point. Does anyone out there have a spot where I could download the
cd, or who could upload it to my server? Or someone who can burn me one to
mail? I was speaking with a gentleman at some point about doing this, but
lost touch.

I don't even need the whole thing if it is broken up in sections, just the
head bolt torque and sequencing, as well as the TB/WP procedure. Thats all
that really even applies to my project at this point, but the more data
the better.
