[V8] Electric Cooling Fan

... I've never tried this myself, but I think this might work and be a
quick, non-invasive solution ... Try disconnecting the A/C Compressor clutch
so the A/C isn't working ... and then turn the A/C on ... I'm pretty sure
this will turn on the aux cooling fan.  

Another fairly quick fix ... are you sure the fluid coupler for the belt
driven fan is OK?  This fan should be capable of keeping the engine cool in
traffic ...
