[V8] Clever little tool - was Bose Head Unit

The owners manual shows the procedure for changing a
tire that includes putting the plastic stud in the
first lug bolt hole, then removing the rest of the
lugs and changing the tire. The tool kit in the trunk
also has diagrams showing the same procedure.
