[V8] sticky brakes part 2

The other cable looks fine and moves easily. The bad one seems to have gotten a
hole in the rubber shield where the cable meets the cable stop. The rust is all
up in that area and not at the end - and not really visable unless you pull back
the cable stop.

(and now that you mention it, it never occured to me to get both :-)
