OK, so use a *little* heat to soften the rubber gasket.
Or use something like carb cleaner that would soften and
melt the rubber gasket.

Another option would be to drill and tap the threaded
portion, taking care and using lots of grease to capture
metal shavings and keep them from the oil passages. Drill
to get the bottom of the oil filter separated from the
threaded portion, then (if needed) use an easy-out or
screw remover to loosen the threaded piece. You may need
to run a tap in there to clean out the thread afterwards.

Or take a 2 part approach -- get a Dremel and cut around
the bottom of the filter, from hole to hole to hole,
thereby separating the threaded portion from the gasketed
portion of the bottom.  Then screw out the threaded portion
and pry off the gasketed portion.

Or maybe you can just pry up the gasketed portion to
break its seal, then unscrew the whole thing.
