[V8] V8 No start Part II

I finally had some time to check out the pin out's on the ECU for the
resistance values on my '91 V8Q. From pin 48 - 49 I am getting 982, and from
pin 47-48 I am getting 974. Both resistance values check out on the speed on
reference sensors as well.

The car cranks, the tach does not bounce, the RPM sensor, and DME relay have
been replaced.

I am afraid now it is going to be the DME, is there any way to bench test
the DME? What does a new one run?
