[V8] Binding rear wheel on sharp slow turn

I think that's your ABS sensor telling the ABS system that you have a
slipping wheel and it should apply the brakes to that wheel.

Clean and adjust the ABS sensor, and replace if that doesn't fix the
issue.  Check the KB for this issue (link at bottom of this email).
