[V8] Reluctant Bumper Cover

Thanks, Mike.  I DO have the six nuts off, the one with captive swiveling
washers on them. It's a trick, but my selection of sockets with swivels and
a variety of extension lengths made it possible.  Getting those
most-forward nuts back on will be a different story.  Maybe the bent studs
idea will work.
