[V8] TB Change

Kneale et al,

Ok, I give--I've done two TB changes and haven't a clue why you need to do
anything with the front bumper??  Everything seems to come off fine from
underneath and from between the engine and radiator.  (I have always been a
bit confused by the statement in the fiche that says you cannot fully remove
the right timing belt cover without removing the rad--mine always comes out.)
