[V8] Timing Belt Saga 2

Doubtful wrt vc gasket (unless brittle and dry).  If you let me know by
tomorrow a.m. I can UPS a replacement so you have it on Friday, Kneale.
Haven't gotten around to replacing my vc gaskets...
