[V8] Insurance scam...what? Again! Good Grief!

... don't get me started on speed bumps ... sure, let's punish everyone
to get those people who break the law to slow down!  I can't believe I'm
seeing this supported on an automotive enthusiast list!

There was a story on the local news ... it seems that in addition to
increased response times the speed bumps add extra stress on fire truck
suspensions ... in Oakland, CA they actually buy fire engines with
beefed up suspensions to handle the speed bumps ... sure seems to me
there are better ways to spend people's money than that!  But then I see
the government spending a lot of money on things I don't understand why
they are needed ...
