... the radio doesn't work so I'm going to part it out ... ???

... did you investigate to make sure that the individual who installed
the radio didn't just connect up the wrong antenna?  Or perhaps they
didn't know to provide power to the amps?

If functionality of the radio was a major factor in my vehicle selection
I doubt I'd be driving Audis ... but in this case it does not appear
that even Audi should rightly be held accountable for the situation ...
