[V8] Testing RPM Sensor

I believe the manual has some resistance values ... I've never tried
that method, nor would I make the call based on whether or not the tach
bounces ... in many cases the situation is obvious from the symptom.
Has the car had hot start or stalling symptoms in the past? There are
many things that can lead to a cold no start ... fuel pump was bad for
me once ...
