[V8] O2 Sensor-?????

For anyone that might have been following this thread I'm not sure if I made something clear. The car was functioning perfectly with the old O2 sensor. The mileage dump started about 40 minutes after the new sensor was installed and has gone from functioning perfectly to malfunctioning on a fairly random basis ever since. No codes come up. I've pulled the sensor and checked all the connections and I'm still left just scratching my head. Has anyone out there ever gotten a faulty O2 sensor ? This is kind of the direction I'm leaning towards at this point. Thanks, William
