[V8] Heat Soaking V8

I've always turned on the A/C to cool the engine some when I want
because it runs the electric cooling fan.  If you are already running
it, then set the temp up to where the auto fan speed will trail off to
almost nothing to ensure that the system thinks there isn't much/any
AC work to do.  The electric fan will still be running though.
