[V8] Glovebox Removal? (Ignition switch & heater core R&R)

Actually, I would like to know how to get the darn thing out also.   
I'm attempting to
pull the box out of my '91 and put it into my '92.  The actuation on  
the '91 is better
and the latch on my '92 is broken.  Spent about 20 minutes muscling  
the '91 only
to get a couple of screws out.  It appears that I need an allen type  
tool to get the
remaining screws out.  Any help would be most appreciated.
