[V8] The Ol' Starter Problem

I did it from the top on an automatic car. I removed the air box and
the distributor and used the stub from an allen socket with a box end
wrench over that and then the audi tire wrench slipped down over that
for leverage. I made sure I could get the allen stub in there all the
way before I put any leverage on it.
