[V8] MPG - oh no!!! - New engine feeler

Lets say in light of my recent post - I bought a motor.  Where would I get
it, how much, how many miles, how easy to switch to a 4.2 - is it a drop
in?  Ron, want to chime in?  I may post over on motorgeek too.
