[V8] TPS? - Injector Seals

The TPS is just below the ISV right up front.

Unplug your OXS and see if the 2k rpm flat spot goes away.

I ran with my TPS unplugged for some reason once and the throttle was hair
trigger at the point where the throttle just opened/closed.  After that
position, there was not unevenness.
