[V8] Top speed of a '90 V8Q - Test track

It all depends on how much work you want to do.

I have an OLD Escort - that I bought used in 1986. It still works great.
I built a metal bracket and bolted it down to a SPARE speaker cover  
grill for the driver side. The bracket mounts the unit flush with the  
grill. I ran a ignition switched power wire up from underneath. The  
speaker grill just snaps out - so I can easily remove it and put the  
original back in.

Best part is no permanent holes drilled anywhere, and the speaker  
grills are the same for the 100/200 cars and so are easy to find at  
the junk yard.
