[V8] Block Heating

Fine, don't use the dipstick heater.  I have a remote car starter that
includes keyless entry - awful nice on the 0 deg mornings.  Just remember
to leave the heat on defrost, seat heater on 2 and the windsheld wipers
off.  10 minutes like that and she is nice and toasty.  Cats are gutted so
no problem there and the 1/4 gal of gas used is well worth my butt not
being frozen.
