If you were techinical, you could set up your own web server
using Windows and some variation of Microsoft's IIS or (not
free), or some variation of Linux/FreeBSD and Apache (free).
But since you are asking the question, I think your money would be
better spent resurrecting the old web pages [1] and hiring a web
hosting service to keep a server running for you.
Googling "maine web hosting" finds these:
http://www.mainewebhosting.com/
http://www.mainehost.com/
I have no idea how good they are, but a few questions directed
their way will let you know. It looks like they have the talent
to create web pages for you, if your site need to be updated.
[1] Which begs the question: do you own the web pages, or does
the previous employee own them? If the former, can you get them?
