[V8] V8 5 spd Conversion

There's a mildly damaged, running, driving v8 5spd for sale in Denver
on craigslist, not to mention one in FL and one in WA on cars.com.
With real ones out there, I'm not sure why anyone would consider
"making" one. Certainly time and money would was between building one
and making a real one right again.
