Gotcha there... I have a type 85, an 87 CGT. I would take those over my
Avant, although that is probably more a function of the age of the lights
than the model. I have fought the CGT light inadequacy for a long time.
I've had it 17 years and I started trying to improve on the stock lighting
for 14 of those. I got a set of euros for it. Then I got an 85 urq. It
has the standard separates replaced with euro/halogen separates in the stock
configuration. But it kept me from installing the euros in the CGT,
thinking they'd be better utilized in the urq.
